Is habeas corpus law really implemented in Nigeria? Why are suspects detained beyond expected time without charging them to court? It's high time the Nigerian Government looks into issues like this and act because so many whose case should have been determined are languishing in the police custody as well as the prison yards. Most die before their case could be taken to court.

Implementation of such law in Nigeria will render some of the law enforcement agents redundant.
